Founded in 2024 by industry veterans Reynaldo Ponce and Daphne Serrato, Doctor Demolition was built on a simple principle: every job should be done safely, efficiently, and right the first time.
With offices in Houston and Dallas, we provide demolition services for commercial, industrial, and residential clients across Texas. Our team brings years of hands-on field experience to every project, from careful interior tear-outs to full-scale structural demolition, with a focus on clear communication, on-time completion, and clean job sites.
As a proud woman-owned small business, we bring personal attention, accountability, and a strong commitment to excellence to every project we take on.
Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible demolition services across Texas. We achieve this through rigorous crew training, modern equipment, and strict adherence to safety regulations on every job site.
We believe demolition should be done responsibly. That’s why we prioritize recycling debris to reduce landfill waste whenever possible.
From the first consultation to final cleanup, we keep communication clear and address every concern along the way. As a proud woman-owned small business with offices in Houston and Dallas, we’re committed to earning our clients’ trust one project at a time.
Doctor Demolition envisions a future where we are the leading demolition company in the region, recognized for our expertise, innovative techniques that minimize environmental impact and ensure efficient project timelines, and unwavering commitment to safety and sustainability. We are constantly researching and implementing new technologies that allow us to perform demolitions with greater precision and control, reducing dust, noise, and debris. For example, we utilize specialized equipment for selective demolition, allowing us to carefully remove specific sections of a structure while preserving surrounding areas. Additionally, we explore green demolition practices whenever possible, such as concrete crushing and rebar recycling, which divert usable materials from landfills and contribute to a more sustainable future.
We offer a comprehensive range of demolition services to meet your specific needs, including residential teardowns, commercial building removals, selective interior demolition for renovations, and complete debris removal and recycling.
Safety is paramount at Doctor Demolition. We utilize a meticulous planning process and advanced equipment to ensure a controlled and efficient demolition, minimizing disruption to your surroundings.
We are a fully licensed and insured company, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, we maintain memberships in prestigious industry associations like the National Demolition Association (NDA) and Demolition Recycling Association (DRA), demonstrating our commitment to best practices.
